I am a provider at our [Reston](https://columbiaassstg.wpenginepowered.com/locations/reston-va/) clinic who provides [therapy](https://columbiaassstg.wpenginepowered.com/psychiatric-care/mental-health-counseling-and-therapy/) services in-person and via telehealth. I am an empathetic listener who cares deeply about my clients and their success. I work collaboratively with clients using a strengths-based approach. Together, we decide on the best course of treatment, at your pace. Because many factors influence mental health, I take a person-in-environment approach to looking at issues and their solutions, always in collaboration with my clients. So, let’s talk, dive in, and work on finding solutions together. Let’s find what works for you and build on that. I have lived in Europe and the U.S, and work in English, German, and Spanish.

My ideal client sees me as a partner in their journey. They are ready to discuss the issue, brainstorm ways to tackle it, and implement these strategies.
