I am a clinician at our [Fairfax, VA](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/location/fairfax-va.md) clinic who provides [therapy](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/psychiatric-care/mental-health-counseling-and-therapy/) services!

I enjoy working with people of all ages and backgrounds, from children and adolescents to adults and families. Many of the clients I see are navigating challenges such as anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, trauma, relationship struggles, or family conflict. Others come simply wanting extra support as they move through the ups and downs of everyday life.

I provide a safe and supportive space where clients feel truly heard. I listen carefully to understand each person’s experiences, help identify challenges, and collaboratively develop practical solutions. I draw from strength-based therapy, play therapy, CBT, DBT, MI, and more, tailoring treatment to each client’s unique needs.

Whether it’s helping an individual build healthier coping skills, supporting a family in strengthening communication, or walking alongside someone in a season of change, I feel honored to be a part of each client’s journey. I look forward to walking alongside you on yours.

Outside of sessions, I love dogs and the outdoors.
