## Licensed Master Social Worker

Hello! My name is Todd Psenicska, and I provide [therapy](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/psychiatric-care/mental-health-counseling-and-therapy/) services at our [Towson, MD](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/location/towson-md.md) clinic.

I am a licensed therapist with experience working with children, teens, and adults of all genders. My clinical focus is on depression, anxiety, ADHD, child development, behavioral concerns, grief, trauma, and relationship and communication challenges. Using a strength-based, person-centered approach, I integrate CBT, psychodynamic therapy, internal family systems, and ACT to help clients explore patterns, build insight, and create meaningful change. I aim to provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and empowered to grow and thrive.

Together, we’ll create a thoughtful space to explore your feelings and experiences. Using CBT, psychodynamic therapy, IFS, and ACT, we’ll work together to help you build coping skills, strengthen relationships, and address challenges like depression, anxiety, ADHD, and behavioral or communication issues with greater insight, confidence, and self-compassion.
