I have many years of experience in working with clients who experience severe anxiety and depression. I am trained as a crisis specialist and am engaged in suicide prevention and awareness. Recently, I have been focusing on helping clients process traumatic life events. I am passionate about collaborating with my clients to improve their quality of life. When I was a teenager, getting therapy was something that changed my life, and I hope to do the same for others.
