My client struggles with anxiety and symptoms include heat racing, shaking, sweating, pacing, etc. Client would like to utilize coping skills to help decrease anxiety symptoms and control symptoms especially out in public. Therapist will work with client in strategies and coping skills to utilize to help decrease anxiety symptoms and practicing mindfulness.
I enjoy and am passionate about helping individuals and their families overcome their obstacles and reach their best potential self by motivation, positive self talk, communication, play therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical therapy, narrative, role play etc. I works with adults, teens and children of all ages that struggle with anxiety, depression, self esteem, anger management, identifying emotions, trauma and PTSD, sexuality and identity issues and other related mental health issues.
