### Licensed Clinicial Professional Counselor | National Certified Counselor

![](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/wp-content/uploads/2026/06/Screenshot-2026-06-02-161636.png)

I provide [therapy](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/psychiatric-care/mental-health-counseling-and-therapy/) services at our [Towson, MD](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/location/towson-md.md) clinic.

My mission is to develop and nurture a therapeutic relationship that enables individuals, couples and families to navigate through challenges to reach their full potential and live their best lives. My ideal client is someone struggling to function due to their experience with trauma, in addition to day to day life stressors. Trauma can leave you feeling defeated and disconnected from yourself and others. You want to keep everything from falling apart but it’s getting harder and harder. If this sounds familiar, I am the therapist to assist you by navigating in a healthy manner.

I believe that everyone deserves fulfillment and have it within them to not only explore the possibilities, but to also make it happen. I believe that everyone needs someone to talk to, even if it the therapist just sits back and listen. Healing is a lifelong journey; don’t take a lifetime to take control of your mental health.

I am a therapist who will listen, encourage, support, and provide you with the insight you may need. I believe wholeheartedly that individuals have what they need to get through life’s mishaps and circumstances but sometimes just need a helping hand in navigation and someone to encourage you to dig deep. Are you willing to take my hand?
