I am a provider at our [Columbia](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/location/columbia-md.md) clinic who provides [therapy](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/psychiatric-care/mental-health-counseling-and-therapy/) services!

The ideal client is someone who is experiencing anxiety, depressive symptoms and is experiencing relationship issues. The goals of this client would be to reduce their anxiety and depression by working on improving their relationship. They want improve their relationship because they want to reduce their anxiety intensity and depressive symptoms.

I can help by using my past counseling experience in dealing with clients with a variety of mental illnesses from anxiety, depression, adjustment issues, relationship/marriage concerns, ADHD, grief and trauma. My theoretical lens that I use is the Cognitive-Behavioral therapeutic approach to help clients understand their thought processes and behaviors.

I want my patients to know that I will create a validating, empathetic and understanding atmosphere that is client-centered.
