Hi, I’m Alon Raveh, a licensed therapist at our [Gaithersburg](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/location/gaithersburg-md.md) clinic.

I work with children, adolescents, and adults facing challenges such as trauma, depression, anxiety, ADHD, gender identity concerns, work-related stress, and family violence. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs using evidence-based approaches, including psychodynamic therapy, CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and play therapy. Whether you’re seeking support during a difficult time or looking to better understand yourself, I’m here to provide a safe, collaborative, and compassionate space for growth. Weather you are a child, a teen or an adult, I am here for you.

Whatever brings you to therapy, you don’t have to face it alone. Together, we’ll explore your experiences, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools for lasting change. You remain at the helm of your journey, while I provide guidance, support, and compassion in a safe, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where you can grow and move forward.
