As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP), I offer thoughtful, collaborative care for all ages 6+. Seeking help for yourself or your child? I diagnose and treat anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, and childhood behavioral issues. I also provide second-opinions for patients unsure if their diagnosis is accurate. My approach is comprehensive. I integrate wellness, medical data (like labs), and expert medication guidance to ensure you are always educated and confident in our treatment path. If you value a supportive, down-to-earth provider who, I would love to meet you!

The people I work with are navigating anxiety, depression, complex behavioral issues related to themselves or their child, or are simply too tired to bear the weight of being everything for everyone. Others have had care that left them feeling misunderstood or unseen. What they have in common is resilience, even if they don’t recognize it in themselves.

I offer care that meets you where you are, not where others expect you to be.
