Licensed Clinical Social Worker – Certified

Welcome, I’m Ashley. I provide [therapy](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/psychiatric-care/mental-health-counseling-and-therapy/) services at our [Olney, MD](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/location/olney-md.md) clinic.

I’m a therapist who believes therapy should feel real and compassionate. I’m straightforward in my approach, but always caring—I’ll meet you where you are and work with you to navigate life’s challenges, build coping skills, and find practical ways to feel more in control and supported.

Using cognitive behavioral therapy, positive psychotherapy, and strong listening skills, I work with you to understand your experiences, manage overwhelming emotions, and develop strategies to cope and thrive. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs, helping you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward.

Everyone’s story is different, and I meet you where you are. I believe that everyone has strengths within them, even during the hardest moments, and therapy can help in any stage of life. I’m honest, compassionate, and real, helping you navigate life’s challenges and uncover your strengths. I look forward to supporting your growth, healing, and well-being.
