My ideal client is someone who feels overwhelmed by life’s challenges and is seeking support to regain balance and clarity. They may be struggling with anxiety, depression, past trauma, or major life transitions. Some may be managing mental health conditions, navigating recovery from substance use, adjusting to a new culture, or facing challenges related to family dynamics. Their goal is to build resilience, develop healthier coping strategies, and improve their overall well-being so they can lead a more fulfilling life. They want a safe, judgment-free space to heal, grow, and feel empowered in their journey toward change.

I provide compassionate, evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s unique needs. Using approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and strengths-based therapy, I help clients process their emotions, challenge negative thought patterns, and build effective coping strategies. Whether working with individuals, couples, or families, I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and equipped with the tools they need to move forward with confidence.
