### Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker

Hello, my name is Rebecca! I provide [therapy](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/psychiatric-care/mental-health-counseling-and-therapy/) services at our [Towson, MD](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/location/towson-md.md) clinic.

I’m a compassionate, client-centered and trauma focused therapist who works with children, adolescents, and adults across the lifespan. My background includes supporting individuals through anxiety, depression, ADHD, and life transitions. I take an integrative approach, drawing from evidence-based practices while tailoring therapy to each person’s unique needs, strengths, and goals. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, respectful, and safe, so I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where clients can be honest, build insight, and develop practical tools for meaningful change.

Together, we focus on building coping tools, strengthening emotional awareness, and identifying patterns that may be holding you back through trauma focused CBT and client centered approaches. My goal is to meet you where you are, support your growth at a pace that feels right, and help you move toward a life that feels more grounded, and fulfilling.

I strive to create a space where you can show up as you are and feel heard. I would be honored to walk alongside you on your journey toward healing and growth, and I look forward to connecting when you feel ready to take that next step.
