Licensed Master of Social Worker
I’m Brandi Miller, a compassionate therapist who believes that meaningful change begins with feeling seen, heard, and understood. I provide therapy services at our Owen Brown, MD clinic.
I strive to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental space where clients can safely explore their thoughts, emotions, and life experiences at their own pace. My approach to therapy is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic principles. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, life transitions, and difficulties with emotional regulation.
I help clients identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns that may be contributing to distress. I support clients in building practical skills for emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and improving relationships. I incorporate a psychodynamic lens to explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be shaping present-day challenges.
I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward improved mental health and overall well-being. Together, we can create a space where you feel safe to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. My hope is to help you reconnect with your authentic self—the part of you that feels grounded and aligned with your values.
