I am a compassionate and skilled professional committed to guiding individuals on their healing journey. I specialize in client-centered treatment for both adolescents and adults, spanning ages 12 to 65. My approach is eclectic, drawing from a diverse range of therapeutic exercises and coping skills derived from various modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and Trauma-Informed Care.

I specialize in interpersonal difficulties, struggles with self-esteem, self worth, family issues, acknowledging the intricate web of relational disturbances that impacts one’s well-being. I practice with sincerity & acceptance, creating a supportive environment where individuals feel heard, understood & empowered to embark on their transformative journey.

I am a firm believer in the power of introspection & encourage one to delve beneath the surface to achieve a deeper understanding of oneself. By uncovering and addressing the root causes of mental health struggles, I help individuals heal and repair past wounds that may manifest in their daily lives.
