Licensed Master Social Worker

Hi! My name is Christina, and I am a Licensed Master Social Worker at our Towson, MD clinic. Social work is a second career for me, shaped by both personal and professional experiences that led me to this work. I work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity exploration, and those times when life keeps you feeling stuck. I also have additional training in integrating spirituality and religion into therapy for those who want that to be part of their work, including those healing from religious trauma or exploring questions of faith and identity.
I believe each of us has a story to tell, and that therapy works best when you feel comfortable enough to be honest, ask difficult questions, and explore your story without fear of judgment. I take a collaborative and relational approach, using modalities such as EMDR, ACT, DBT, Internal Family Systems, and Ego State Therapy to support your goals.
I’ve learned that healing isn’t just about working through the pain. It’s also about reconnecting with the parts of life that help us feel most alive. With that, you’ll usually find me outdoors, taking spontaneous road trips, singing, or soaking up time with my animals, friends, and family. If any of this resonates with you, let’s get connected!
