Coral Beccles, MSN, PMHNP-BC

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

I am a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC), passionate about providing quality, compassionate, and comprehensive mental health services to clients across the lifespan. My ideal client is someone who is seeking to partner with me to make the necessary changes and help me to support them in their mental health journey. Those that may be struggling with ongoing feelings of anxiety or depression, may have unresolved trauma or past experiences that are affecting their current mental health, or those who need medication management and an understanding how medication can sometimes play a role in returning to optimal functioning. Whatever the needs related to mental and emotional wellness I will utilize evidence-based guidelines blended with varied clinical experiences to work toward long term client centered goals.

My role as a provider is multifaceted, including being a stigma disruptor, mental health advocate, and upholding cultural competence which allows me to practice at the intersections of clinical nursing and mental health. As a provider my aim is to empower clients with the tools and understanding needed to enhance their well-being and achieve personal goals. If you’re looking for a supportive and empathetic approach to your mental health and personal growth, I am happy to be a part of your journey. I will partner with you to explore the most effective methods to treat and assist you in maintaining optimal mental wellness.

As a valued mental health professional, I value interdisciplinary education along with inter-professional collaboration to create whole person, patient centered and a holistic approach to health and mental wellness. I continuously advocate for ever changing innovations in mental and emotional wellness, and maintain keen interests in the integration of behavioral medicine when deemed necessary, trauma informed care, crisis intervention, acute mental health disorders and addressing the complexities of mental health in adolescents and young adults attempting to navigate life’s complexities.
