Resident in Counseling

Hi, I’m Faith, a Resident in Counseling, and I’m glad you are here. I provide therapy services at our Fairfax, VA clinic.

As a therapist experienced in working with adolescents, adults, & families, I believe lasting change begins with insight–connecting the dots between present distress and its deeper roots. That insight emerges best in a therapeutic relationship where you will feel genuinely seen, deeply understood, and free from judgment.

I support clients working through anxiety, depression, family stress, including the attachment patterns that shape how we connect with others. My integrative approach draws on CBT, DBT, psychodynamic, person-centered, and attachment-based frameworks

I see you as the expert on your own life; my role is to walk alongside you, illuminating patterns and old wounds. Once clarity takes shape, I integrate practical tools to help translate insight into meaningful change. I also have experience supporting clients navigating religious trauma, racial trauma, & LGBTQIA+ clients navigating family/community rejection

In our work together, expect warmth, honesty, and collaboration. Whatever you bring into our sessions–your history, your doubts, your fears, your identity, your hope –I will meet it with care and compassion.

Please note that when communicating with our intake team over the phone, all calls will start in English. Translation services will be offered once you connect with a member of our intake team.
