I am the Regional Clinic Director for Columbia Mental Health!

My ideal client feels stuck or overwhelmed, seeking support for trauma, anxiety, depression, or life changes. They need a safe space to process emotions, set goals, and build resilience. Their goal is healing, balance, and empowerment to live authentically.

I help by creating a safe, supportive space to explore challenges and develop personalized strategies for healing and growth. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions, using evidence-based approaches like CBT, EMDR, and mindfulness to guide clients toward empowerment and resilience.
