### Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner

I am a provider at our [Arlington](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/location/arlington-va.md) clinic who offers [psychiatric](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/psychiatric-care/psychiatry-and-medication/) services!

My ideal client is someone who is struggling with their mental health—whether it’s anxiety, depression, stress, or another challenge affecting their well-being. They may feel overwhelmed, exhausted, or stuck, unsure of how to move forward. Perhaps they’re juggling work, family, and personal responsibilities while trying to manage their emotions. Maybe they’re seeking clarity, relief, or just someone who truly listens and understands.

They need a safe, nonjudgmental space where they can express themselves openly and be met with compassion. Their goal? To feel better. To regain a sense of balance, confidence, and hope. To not just survive, but truly thrive.

As a dual certified psychiatric and family nurse practitioner, I take a holistic, compassionate approach to mental health. I offer evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for anxiety, depression, and more. Whether you need medication support, stress management, or wellness strategies, I provide a judgment-free space where you feel heard and supported.
