I earned my Master of Social Work from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2025 and I am working toward clinical licensure under supervision. I focus on creating a safe, welcoming space where you can feel heard and supported. I have experience with children, adolescents, and adults, with experience in disabilities, family crises, and grief. My strengths-based, person-centered approach focuses on your resilience and what matters most to you. I believe therapy is collaborative, and together we can build practical tools, deepen insight, and create meaningful, sustainable change.

Together, we’ll create a supportive space to navigate challenges, strengthen communication, and build healthy coping skills. I specialize in disabilities, family crises, grief, loss, and life transitions. Using strengths-based, person-centered, trauma-informed, CBT-informed, and family systems approaches, I help clients build resilience and create change.

I believe that reaching out for support is a courageous step. It’s not always easy share what’s weighing on your heart, but your experiences matter and your story deserves to be heard.
