I am offer compassion and empowerment. I specialize in working with individuals (7-65) experiencing life transitions, trauma, family challenges, and mental health concerns. I bring a trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches meaning I focus on the area of growth, resilience, values, and goals.

I enjoy creating space spaces where clients feel seen heard, and respected.
