Matthew Krupa, LPC-R

Licensed Professional Counselor – Registered

My ideal client is someone navigating the complex challenges of identity, relationships, and self-esteem, often in the context of school, family dynamics, or social pressures. They may present with symptoms of anxiety, depression, or stress related to life transitions. Their needs include emotional support, coping strategies, and guidance in building resilience and self-compassion. Together, we would work to set achievable goals, such as developing healthier communication skills, increasing emotional regulation, fostering a more positive self-image, and cultivating a clearer sense of personal purpose and direction.

I provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard and empowered. I help challenge negative thoughts and build healthier coping strategies while also working to improve emotional regulation and interpersonal skills. Additionally, I have extensive experience in crisis management and connecting clients to additional resources and supports as needed.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, but it’s normal to feel uncertain. This space is yours to take at your own pace, and I’m here to support you as we work toward meaningful change. You’re not alone on this journey—we’ll navigate challenges and celebrate your progress together every step of the way.
