I am a provider at our [Falls Church, VA](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/location/falls-church-va.md) clinic who offers [psychiatric](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/psychiatric-care/psychiatry-and-medication/) services!

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, my ideal clients are individuals seeking guidance and support for mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and stress-related issues. They are often seeking a compassionate, empathetic approach to help them regain stability in their lives. My clients are individuals who feel overwhelmed by life’s difficulties but are determined to improve their well-being. They want to find practical solutions for their struggles, improve their emotional health, and work towards building a better, more fulfilling life. Together, we explore their feelings, create safe space for them to talk, and build a therapeutic partnership aimed at achieving personal goals for emotional and mental health stability.

I specialize in providing comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and psychotherapy for children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience in working with individuals facing a range of psychiatric conditions, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, PTSD, and treatment-resistant depression. My approach is centered around evidence-based practices, and I focus on creating personalized treatment plans that are in line with the unique needs of each client. With a background in crisis intervention and long-term psychiatric care, I offer compassionate, non-judgmental support that empowers individuals to navigate their mental health journey. My goal is to work alongside my clients, ensuring they have the tools and support they need to feel heard and move toward recovery.

I understand that reaching out for help can sometimes feel daunting, but I want you to know that I am here to listen with an open heart and without judgment. My approach to care is built on creating a trusting and collaborative relationship where you feel safe to express yourself. Every person’s journey to mental well-being is unique, and I am committed to providing tailored care that respects your individuality. I believe in empowering my clients to be an active part of their treatment plan, and I strive to offer the support you need to achieve your mental health goals. If you’re ready to take the first step toward healing, I invite you to reach out, and together we’ll work toward creating the change you deserve.
