I am a provider at our Arlington clinic who provides therapy services!

I can help clients using psycho-education, trauma-informed care, harm-reduction informed practices, talk therapy, gender-affirming care, disability inclusive care, and a dedication to holistic and researched-backed therapy methods. With experience in case management, I have important knowledge about interactions between clients and the systems they interact with. Resources are integral to providing excellent client care, such as referrals to local resources and further psycho-educational readings.

I respect and value every client that enters into a therapeutic relationship with me. I offer a non-judgmental lens into what you are going through, and will provide unconditional positive regard. While we may have differing life experiences, I strive to accept all cultures and backgrounds. Every client deserves dignity, right to self-expression, and a high level of care from their therapist. I will provide care tailored to your symptoms, wishes, and needs. Therapy can be as short or as long of a time as you need, as everyone has a different mental health journey.
