I offer [therapy](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/psychiatric-care/mental-health-counseling-and-therapy/) services at our[ Falls Church, VA](https://www.columbiapsychiatry-dc.com/wp-content/uploads/wp-mfa-exports/location/falls-church-va.md) clinic.

I hold a dual master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Forensic Legal Psychology from Marymount University. I value your story and offer tailored, empathetic care. I’m here to listen and support you on your unique, individual path to healing.

I utilize psychotherapy and a humanistic person-centered approach. I believe it is important to not only to be heard where the most effective help is tailored to the individual. My focus is not just on helping, but also on understanding needs and motivations prioritizes empathetic listening and validation.
