Licensed Social Worker
My ideal client is someone struggling with anxiety and low self-esteem, often feeling overwhelmed by their daily responsibilities and personal relationships. They may have a history of trauma or negative self-talk that impacts their ability to navigate social interactions and professional challenges. They may experience intrusive thoughts, difficulty concentrating, and a general sense of not feeling “good enough.” Their needs include learning effective coping strategies to manage anxiety, developing healthier ways of thinking about themselves, and improving their ability to communicate their needs in relationships.
Challenge and Change Negative Thoughts: Through CBT, I will help the client identify and challenge the negative thought patterns that contribute to their anxiety and low self-esteem. For example, if they have a belief like “I’m not good enough,” we’ll work together to explore the evidence for and against this thought, and I will teach them how to replace it with more balanced, realistic thoughts. Mindfulness: Through DBT, I will teach the client mindfulness techniques to help them stay grounded in the present moment, reducing anxiety that arises from ruminating on the past or future. This could involve exercises like deep breathing, guided meditation, or using mindful awareness in daily activities to bring calm to their emotional state. Foster motivation for change.

I understand that reaching out for help can feel intimidating or overwhelming, but I want you to know that therapy is a safe and nonjudgmental space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences at your own pace. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship issues, past trauma, or just looking for ways to better manage life’s stresses, I am here to work alongside you.
I use evidence-based approaches like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help you gain insight, develop coping skills, and empower you to make positive changes. I believe in the power of the therapeutic relationship, and I’ll meet you where you are, offering compassion, support, and practical tools to help you feel more in control of your emotions and your life.
If you’re ready to take the first step toward feeling better and building the life you deserve, I encourage you to reach out. We’ll work together to create a plan that feels right for you, and I’ll be there every step of the way, providing guidance, encouragement, and a listening ear. No matter where you’re starting from, it’s never too late to make meaningful changes.
You don’t have to navigate this alone. Let’s connect and begin the process of healing and growth together.
