Associate Social Worker
I am an Associate Social Worker who provides therapy services at our Arlington, VA clinic.
You are more than what you are going through. My path to behavioral health began in the classroom, where I saw how unmet emotional, social, and behavioral needs affected students’ ability to learn and thrive. This led me to social work, while nursing deepened my understanding of how physical health and emotional well-being intersect. Together, these perspectives shape my holistic approach to therapy, helping me see beyond symptoms to understand the whole person and the circumstances that shape their experiences. My goal is to help you reclaim your voice, discover your strengths, and create meaningful change.
I work with adolescents and adults navigating anxiety, mood concerns, substance use, disordered eating, self-esteem, and life transitions. Using CBT, solution-focused approaches, and expressive arts interventions, I tailor therapy to help you understand patterns, strengthen coping skills, and develop practical strategies that support your life and goals.
My Christian faith grounds the compassion, hope, and respect I bring to therapy. I honor your beliefs and lived experiences and strive to create a space where you feel safe, heard, and understood. You don’t need all the answers to begin. I look forward to walking alongside you as you navigate challenges, discover possibilities, and move toward well-being.
