FAQs

What information should I bring to my first appointment?

Bring your insurance card, a list of current medications, and any recent medical or mental health records. You may also want to note any questions or goals you’d like to discuss with your provider during your first visit.

No. A diagnosis isn’t required to schedule care. Our intake team will connect you with a provider who can evaluate your symptoms and recommend next steps based on your needs.

When you reach out, our intake team will ask about your goals, preferences, and availability. We’ll use that information to connect you with a therapist or psychiatric provider whose background and approach align with what you’re looking for.

Yes. Many clients choose to combine telehealth and in-person appointments for added flexibility. You and your provider can determine the best balance for your schedule and treatment plan.

  • Therapy: Focuses on understanding emotions, behaviors, and patterns through regular sessions with a licensed therapist.
  • Psychiatry: Involves medical treatment for mental health conditions. Psychiatric providers can prescribe or adjust medication and collaborate with therapists to coordinate care.
