Associate Social Worker

My name is Wida Saber, MSW. I provide therapy services at our Falls Church, VA clinic.
I have a background in psychology and social work, with experience supporting Veterans, adults, and older adults through the VA and Community Services Board (CSB). My work includes behavioral health, substance use, mental health, and case management. I have also worked with people from diverse cultural and language backgrounds, including individuals affected by war, displacement, and trauma. I believe in meeting each person with compassion, respect, and a warm, person-centered approach.
I support clients experiencing anxiety, depression, PTSD, substance use, grief, and life transitions. I use trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches to help clients develop healthy coping skills, understand their experiences, build on their strengths, and move toward healing and greater well-being.
I believe healing takes time, trust, and a safe space to be heard without judgment. Wherever you are in your journey, I want you to feel respected and supported. I look forward to walking alongside you as you build coping skills, find your strengths, and work toward the changes you hope to make.
