I am a clinician at our Aldie clinic who provides therapy services!

I am a Resident in Counseling who earned my MS degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). I specialize in providing individual therapy for children, teens, young adults, and adults, supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, mood disorders, and life transitions. I am fluent in Arabic (Egyptian dialect).

I help clients navigate challenges and build resilience. Driven by a passion for helping individuals discover their true selves, I am committed to creating a safe, non-judgmental space where you feel heard, valued, and empowered. With compassion and understanding, I guide individuals through their healing journeys.

My ideal client would be the following:

1. Children, Teenagers, Young Adults, Adults (6+)
2. Middle Eastern and/or any minority clients
3. Life adjustments, anxiety, depression, social challenges

I utilize from a variety of therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, trauma-focused CBT, family systems, art therapy, and humanistic approaches. I have experience in diverse settings, including PHP, IOP, outpatient clinics, and private practice.
