My ideal client is someone who is curious about taking the next steps on their mental health journey. Anxiety, depression, OCD, or ADHD are very common conditions. Healing and progress are often not linear; it may seem like you’re taking one step forward and two steps back. I am ready to meet people where they are in whatever stage of life they’re in. Many of my clients are looking to bolster the “tools” in their mental health toolbox for themselves or for their families. If medication is part of their journey, they may be interested in exploring different options if their current medications are not helpful or have too many negative side effects.

As a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. I am trained in providing evidence based care and medication management for mental health conditions. I have experience providing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Exposure Response Prevention (ERP). I love to work with children and adolescents and help their parents through the different challenges behavioral health conditions may bring. I also have a passion for postpartum mental health conditions.

I have a very collaborative style. I want my clients to be active participants in their care and feel they have informed consent with every decision. I provide in depth education about any mental health intervention because I believe understanding your options is very important.
