Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hello! I’m Zoe Carter-Woodbridge, a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW-C). I provide therapy services at our Olney, MD clinic.

I have been a therapist for six years and worked as a child welfare social worker for several years before that. I have a wide range of experience working with children and families, specifically those affected by trauma.

Many of my clients have anxiety and depressive disorders, often co-occurring with trauma or other issues such as chronic illness or poverty. I am certified as a trauma practitioner and utilize sensory based interventions, play therapy, narrative therapy, CBT, DBT, and solution focused therapy with my clients.

I believe that therapy can be a space to build safety, confidence, identity, and insight. I encourage you to rewrite past narratives and challenge yourself while receiving empathy and validation. I look forward to working with you!
