Frances Hayes is the clinic director of our Aldie office. She is an eight-year U.S. Army veteran and has over twenty years of experience in the healthcare field. She has a Bachelor of Science in healthcare administration and a master’s in public health.

Her experiences have ranged from intimate physician practice settings to large hospital systems. She believes that great customer service is at the heart of every interaction and strives to ensure that she makes a difference for each person she encounters. Her passion lies in impacting people one life at a time.

She is an avid Patriots football fan and enjoys spending her time fishing, traveling, all things dealing with food, and spending time with her family.
