Hello, I’m Garrison Setness and I am a Licensed Resident in Counseling at our Aldie clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. I earned my M.A. degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University. I have experience working with children, adolescents and adults experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, grief, life transitions, stress, trauma, addiction, and recovery. I utilize a variety of theories and techniques tailored to the needs and situation of each individual. My hope is to educate, empower, motivate, and assist individuals in increasing their quality of life.
