I am a provider at our Arlington clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth.
As a mindfulness psychotherapist specializing in trauma, I offer a unique approach to helping individuals heal from past experiences and develop resilience. I believe in the power of mindfulness practices to promote self-awareness, emotional regulation, and healing. Through a combination of cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques and mindfulness practices, I help clients process traumatic events, reframe negative thought patterns, and develop healthier coping mechanisms. In my work with trauma survivors, I prioritize creating a safe and nonjudgmental space for clients to explore their experiences, emotions, and beliefs. I offer tools and strategies to help clients build self-compassion, self-acceptance, and emotional resilience. By integrating mindfulness practices into therapy sessions, clients learn to stay present in the moment, manage distressing emotions, and cultivate a sense of calm and peace. As a mindfulness psychotherapist, I am committed to helping clients cultivate a sense of empowerment, agency, and hope in the healing process. I believe in the transformative power of mindfulness practices and aim to support clients in their journey towards healing and recovery.
As a psychotherapist, there are a few key things I want my patients to know about me. First and foremost, I want them to know that I am here for them, to listen, support, and guide them through their mental health journey. I want my patients to feel seen, heard, and understood in my presence. I also want my patients to know that I am not here to judge them, but rather to help them navigate their emotions and challenges in a safe and non-judgmental space. I believe in the power of empathy and connection in the therapeutic process, and I strive to create a trusting and compassionate relationship with each of my clients. Finally, I want my patients to know that they can always reach out to me, whether for support in between sessions or for urgent help in times of crisis. I am here to help and support them in any way that I can. If you are struggling with your mental health, please don’t hesitate to reach out to me. I am here for you.
