Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist

My name is Leticia Litzenberger, I come with a background in Nursing, working in many areas, adult, Children, Family Services. Now, I am a finished my Marriage and Family Therapy degree and would love to work with Families, couples, Children, and even individual therapy. I provide therapy services at our Olney, MD clinic, and I am here to assist you with living a healthier more whole life.

Together we will create a safe space, where you will be able to explore your feelings. Using techniques such as CBT, DBT,Gottman & Gottman, Prepare/Enrich, and pre-marital counseling. Using techniques like expressive arts, journaling, mindfulness, communications and many others. Working together to have a successful life with anyone you meet.

Everyone is unique and has their own story, their own learning style. I will be privileged to walk your story with you. I try to practice what I preach and put myself in my client’s shoes, just as I teach my clients. I understand people need grace and even though your past is not the greatest, there is hope for a brighter, better and more positive future.
