Lisa Mankin serves as the DMV Market Leader who oversees all operational components in all the Maryland and Virginia clinics. At TCN and throughout her career she has strived to make sure all care is patient centered and that team members are supported, and their accomplishments acknowledged.

She received her master’s degree in counseling from the University of Baltimore and worked as a therapist, in both inpatient and outpatient settings, prior to moving into leadership roles.

With over 15 years of leadership experience in the healthcare sector, Lisa brings extensive expertise from her previous roles such as serving as Regional Director at Behavioral Health Group (BHG), where she oversaw operations across the DMV region. At BHG, Lisa was instrumental in enhancing service delivery and operational efficiency, ensuring high standards of care and regulatory compliance.

Before joining BHG, Lisa spent five years as a consultant, working with both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Lisa’s consulting work spanned various sectors within healthcare, offering tailored solutions that addressed unique challenges and facilitated sustainable growth. Additionally, Lisa worked as a director at Davita, a fortune 500 company and helped develop and create a strategic growth plan which allowed Care Connection, Inc., a mental health agency, to expand throughout Maryland.  She worked at Care Connection for over a decade in ascending leadership roles.

Lisa is currently living in Maryland with her family and two dogs.
