I am a provider at our Alexandria clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. I am looking to work with couples ages 20-35 who want to work on communication, intimacy, and premarital counseling.

I help bridge the gap between partners to create better communication and build intimacy. I want to encourage you and your partner(s) to be vulnerable with each other in order to come to mutual conclusions. Whether you are considering the higher commitment of marriage or rekindling your connection after difficult life events/transitions, I am here to provide the trained third party perspective that you seek to get back on the same page.

As a couples therapist, I use a person-centered approach because I like to take my cues from you as the client, get on the same page, and work at your pace. I do this to create a strong foundation with you to challenge some of those mindsets and behaviors.
