Rylee is a provider at our Alexandria clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. She has a background in clinical Social Work, specializing in Behavioral Health during her education in Boston, MA. Rylee has acute care experience working with a diverse population of clients with anxiety, depression, post-partum depression, and clients who have experienced trauma. Rylee would love to meet with you and provide a supportive and safe environment to meet your goals.
Rylee’s ideal client ranges in age from adolescence to late adulthood. This person is feeling something ‘off’ in their life, and interested in talking about that, processing, and getting to a generative place. The barriers or issues faced could be caused by a mental health diagnosis, a recent loss, a time of transition, improve self-worth, or a desire to manage stress differently.
Our mental health is tied directly with our sleeping habits, our diet habits, and our physical health as a whole. It is so important to care for our mental health- to feel understood, validated, and encouraged. It is always an honor to build a therapeutic relationship with my clients. It would be an honor to walk alongside you and support you as you implement tools and change into your life. It takes strength to hope for change- I applaud you for showing up and hoping.
