Seth Eiland, PA-C, CAQ-Psych at our Alexandria clinic. He is a compassionate and highly skilled psychiatric clinician dedicated to providing comprehensive mental health care to his patients. With a strong background in psychiatry and a genuine commitment to patient well-being, Seth brings expertise, empathy, and a person-centered approach to his practice.

Seth completed his medical training at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences in Little Rock, AR where he graduated with high honors and was recognized as the “best all-around graduate” by his faculty and peers. He possesses a deep understanding of intricate connections between the mind and body, and his training and experience equips him with a holistic perspective in diagnosing and treating various mental health conditions.

As a mental health professional, Seth has a broad range of experience in treating diverse patient populations. Whether working with children, adolescents, adults, or older adults, he tailors his approach to meet the unique needs of each individual. Seth believes in creating a safe and non-judgmental space for his patients, allowing them to openly discuss their concerns, fears, and aspirations.

With a commitment to evidence-based practices, Seth stays at the forefront of psychiatric research and treatment modalities. He combines his knowledge with a patient-centered approach, involving individuals in their own care and empowering them to actively participate in the treatment process. Seth takes pride in staying informed about the latest advancements in psychopharmacology, psychotherapy techniques, and emerging interventions to ensure that his patients receive the best possible care.

Throughout his career, Seth has successfully treated a wide range of mental health conditions including mood disorders and anxiety disorders, trauma/stress related disorders, and personality disorders. He is also well-versed in managing psychiatric conditions in individuals with co-occurring medical illnesses.

Beyond clinical practice, Seth is actively involved in teaching and mentoring aspiring mental health professionals. He routinely serves as a lecturer to graduate students in their mental/behavioral medicine courses as he is dedicated to fostering the next generation of healers and advancing the field of psychiatry.
