Licensed Master Social Worker
I am a clinician at our Columbia clinic who provides therapy services!
My ideal client is a school-aged child who is struggling with emotional regulation, behavioral challenges, or difficulties at school and home. Often, these children have experienced transitions such as parental separation, abuse, or early childhood trauma. I work best with families who are open, engaged, and willing to actively participate in the therapeutic process. I use a strengths-based, trauma-informed approach to help children feel safe, heard, and supported, while also empowering parents with tools and strategies to create more connection and stability at home.
Working with children and families is at the heart of what I do. Whether it’s helping a child navigate big emotions, supporting parents through challenging seasons, or strengthening communication within the family system, I approach each situation with empathy, patience, and a deep respect for every member of the family. I create a space where kids feel safe to be themselves and where parents feel heard, supported, and empowered—not judged. My work is grounded in collaboration, and I believe lasting change happens when the whole family feels connected, understood, and equipped with tools to grow together.
I show up as a real person—present, engaged, and unafraid to sit with you in the heavy stuff. If you’re used to being the one everyone leans on, therapy with me is your safe space. You don’t have to hold it all together here. I believe that healing happens in relationships where you feel truly seen, and I work collaboratively—you’re the expert on your life, and I’m here to walk beside you. I’m deeply affirming of all identities and committed to creating a space that feels safe, inclusive, and supportive. I do this work because I genuinely care, and because I’ve seen what becomes possible when people feel heard, understood, and empowered.
