My name is Peggy Allen, and I am fortunate to be a member of the Columbia Associates – Transformations Care Network family.

It is my desire that with the various mental health modalities an individual is able to address his/her mental health needs with a level of honesty and humility.  As individuals we are forever evolving and may need a mental health helping hand at some point of our human journey. Knowing that all things are possible with hard work and endurance, one’s mental journey can have a sustaining as well as satisfying ending. My mental health population of focus is geriatric and upward knowing that every individual has that mental inner strength to more forward after working hard with accessible intervention tools provided.
