What I Want You to Know:
You don’t have to carry this alone.
I know reaching out for help can feel terrifying—maybe you’re worried you’ll be judged, misunderstood, or labeled. Maybe you’ve been told to “just toughen up” or had your pain minimized. Let me say this clearly: “Your struggles are valid, and so is your hope for something better.”

Here’s what I bring to our work together:

1. I Listen First, Diagnose Second
Your story isn’t a checklist of symptoms. Before we talk about labels or treatments, I want to *understand*—your history, fears, cultural background, and what “healing” truly means to you. Your voice matters here.

2. I Honor Your Pace
If you’ve survived by numbing, overworking, or hiding your pain, I won’t push you to “fix” everything at once. We’ll move at a pace that feels safe, even if that means sitting in silence sometimes. Healing isn’t a race.

3. I’ve Walked Beside People Like You
Over the years, I’ve supported:
– Survivors of trauma who felt “too broken” to trust again.
– Parents drowning in guilt, convinced they’re failing their kids.
– High achievers who secretly dread waking up each morning.
– Teens and adults navigating identity, sexuality, or grief.
Your pain isn’t “too much,” and you’re not “too far gone.”

4. I Believe in Your Resilience
Mental health care isn’t about “fixing” you—it’s about uncovering the strength already within you. Together, we’ll build tools to calm your nervous system, rewrite self-critical narratives, and reconnect with what brings you peace.

5. Flexibility is Key
Let’s problem-solve. Your life is complex; your treatment should adapt to it.

A Note on Medication
If we consider medication, I’ll never pressure you. We’ll weigh pros/cons transparently, and if you’re wary due to past bad experiences (e.g., zombifying side effects), we’ll explore alternatives. This is *your* body and *your* choice.

You Don’t Have to “Deserve”
So many clients tell me, “Others have it worse—I shouldn’t complain.” But suffering isn’t a competition. Whether you’re in crisis or simply feel “stuck,” you’re worthy of support. Period.

This work is my calling, not just my job. I’ll never pretend to have all the answers, but I promise to walk beside you with compassion, science, and unwavering belief in your capacity to heal.

You deserve more than survival. Let’s explore what thriving could look like—for you.
