Resident in Counseling

Hello! My name is Kelcey Dilling, and I am a new professional in the field. I offer therapy services at our Falls Church, VA clinic.

I have my national license in Art Therapy, recently graduating with my Master’s of Art Therapy and Counseling from George Washington University, as well as my Resident in Counseling License. I have 4 years of internship experience with a variety of populations including people of all abilities, pediatrics, adolescents, young adults, adults, and older adults, both virtually and in-person, in settings including non-profit centers, community centers, schools, trauma-based clinics, and hospitals.

As a new professional in the field, I am open to new experiences with all potential clients. Using a foundation of Art Therapy, I strive to use a client-centered, trauma-informed, and positive psychology-based approach in my practice, focusing on strengths and solutions. I have the most experience in pediatrics, but am open to working with all ages!

My approach is deeply based in empathy, connection, and creative expression and I strive to create a space that is welcoming, inclusive, and accessible for clients to explore and grow.
