Kendra Monteith, SWAICL

Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Hello! My name is Kendra, and I offer therapy services at our Towson, MD clinic

I am a therapist with a background in social work. I specialize in supporting individuals navigating mental health challenges, life transitions, and complex medical conditions. My work is grounded in trauma informed care and I draw from approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), strengths based practice, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), and person-centered care. I have experience working with adolescents, adults, and seniors, particularly those dealing with anxiety, depression, and chronic illness.
Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or need someone to listen, you are welcome here.

Together, we will create a safe space to support anyone with anxiety, depression, trauma, and chronic illness. I take a trauma informed and person center approach, integrating tools from CBT, DBT, and strengths based practice. I offer a safe space focused on building coping skills, increasing self understanding, and supporting well being.

Starting therapy can feel overwhelming, and that’s okay. You’ll be met with warmth, respect, and no judgment here. We will take things one step at a time, at your pace. I look forward to supporting you and walking alongside you in your growth.

Please note that when communicating with our intake team over the phone, all calls will start in English. Translation services will be offered once you connect with a member of our intake team.
