Hello! My name is Krystal Williams, and I am a Christian based, licensed therapist in our Owen Brown, MD clinic. I am willing to provide help and guidance to all that are seeking support. My experience includes working with children, adolescents, adults, and couples across the academic and outpatient settings. My mission is to invite you into a space where you are truly seen and heard. You are not alone. I focus on meeting you exactly where you are in the moment. I am a strong believer in the person-centered approach combined with the use of the Strengths perspective to help you understand that where you are currently is a starting point and that is okay.

We will create an atmosphere where you can explore your thoughts. Using techniques like supportive counsel and the Strengths perspective, I will assist you in developing healthy coping skills and effective communication. So, let’s equip you with the ability to approach life in the presence, develop hope for the future, and forgive and accept the past.

I believe that recognizing when help is needed and then seeking out that very support is two of the most powerful things that you can do as an individual for yourself.
