Self-injury is a desperate act, and it can be difficult to understand it. Our specialized self-injury treatment program offers support for individuals and their families. Parents, teachers, and friends find it difficult to know how to help someone they love who is hurting themselves. A person who self-injures may have trouble recognizing emotions, regulating emotions, and communicating feelings. Our outpatient self-harm treatment program can provide support and a path forward.
