Social Worker

I am a provider at our Alexandria clinic who provides therapy services in-person and via telehealth. I want to encourage personal growth and self-compassion. I want to offer an anti- oppressive practice to encourage a person to deepen their understanding of themselves and identify personal goals without limits, without fear.

I want my clients to know that there is always a way in/out, and many times people are put in place to help find that way out of whatever is a stronghold in this life. I want you to know they we all have fallen short and we all have bruises, some of us more than others. Allow a trained ear, who has had many challenges to encourage you with; personal growth and self-compassion. I want to help you with an anti- oppressive practice to encourage you to deepen your understanding of what is made available to you to thrive. I want to assist you in identifying personal goals without limits, without fear!
