They are looking for someone to provide active listening, compassion, and psychoeducational tools to support them in reaching their unique goals. Their goals might include increased self-awareness, setting healthy boundaries, developing healthy coping skills, enhanced self-acceptance and self-love, clarity and purpose in life, or mind-body-spirit healing. They are looking to feel greater joy, peace, and satisfaction in their lives and learn to live in alignment with their unique values and purpose.

I am a compassionate, creative, and strengths-based therapist who is excited to collaborate with you on your healing journey. I like to incorporate art, sand tray, music, and writing therapy techniques to provide a creative approach to healing. I utilize multiple evidence-based treatment approaches such as CBT, Adlerian, Gestalt, ACT, and narrative therapy.
