With my background in criminal justice advocacy, public health, and social work, I bring a unique, trauma-informed, and systems-aware approach to therapy. My work has given me deep insight into the barriers people face—whether due to legal system involvement, mental health stigma, or systemic inequities. I understand that healing isn’t just about what happens in a therapy session—it’s about empowering clients to navigate the real world with confidence.
I would be the kind of therapist who not only helps them process trauma but also equips them with real-world strategies to advocate for themselves and thrive.

I would also want my patients to know that I myself I am human and I have experience challenges thorough my life and career. That I am not perfect, that I am not here to cause any harm but to be a asset to the support system they may have. That when I do make mistake show grace as I am in this journey with them not above them.
